Carriera is working on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager to join a well-recognised construction consultancy in Oxford. This role is ideal for a driven individual looking to take the next step in their career within a commercial project management environment, with a clear pathway to becoming a Senior Associate. Key responsibilities will include:
* Deliver end-to-end project management across complex, high-value construction projects.
* Provide strategic input and leadership to ensure project success, meeting time, cost, and quality objectives.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Support business development activities and contribute to the growth of the consultancy in key market sectors.
* Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
About you
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in project management and client relations, along with:
* BSc or MSc in engineering or project management
* Extensive experience in leading projects, particularly within construction consultancy, is essential
* Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities are key
* Solid understanding of financial management to ensure projects meet targets
* Ideally, you will hold qualifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, APMP etc.
