The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Sales Representative to join one of its clients in Middlewich.
Reporting into the UK Sales Managers, this is a hands-on role within a rapidly growing manufacturing business. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar B2B sales role with a track record of developing and executing sales strategies to grow product sales performance and profit. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter, proactive by nature and customer-focused, with the drive and ability to operate in the field with minimum supervision throughout the UK. The role offers a good career path into a global commercial role for the successful applicant. The company has already grown considerably over the past 10 years and foresees the growth to continue in the coming years.
The role:
1. Following up inbound leads from special promotions.
2. Making outbound cold sales calls to generate new leads and clients.
3. Building and maintaining customer relationships with current and lapsed clients.
4. Service and further develop existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, etc.
5. Manage sales pipeline to meet agreed objectives.
We're looking for someone who:
1. Has a detailed understanding of Chemistry, e.g., Chemical Engineering.
2. Has experience of the full 360 sales process.
3. Is determined, resilient, and driven.
4. Has a full UK driving license as there is some travel involved.
5. Can evidence a steady working history and long-term vision.
6. Has 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience.
What we're offering:
1. Salary ranging from £30,000 - £35,000.
2. Bonus scheme based on performance.
