Summary Working within the Welcome Area you'll be joining a small and passionate team, the role of Service Assistant plays a core part in providing fantastic customer service. What you'll be doing Visitors are a vital part of what we do. As the Service Assistant you will ensure our visitors receive a warm welcome, setting them up for an amazing experience for the rest of their visit. You’ll work alongside a small team of staff and volunteers delivering outstanding customer service across the property. Working in our Welcome Area you’ll be admitting visitors to the property and providing information. Using the till, you will be selling admission tickets, second-hand book sales and processing payments of events.
