For the successful Business Development Manager our client is offering: £40,000 per annum DOE 08.00 – 16.30 Mon – Thu and 08.00 – 15.30 on a Friday Permanent Hybrid working option (In office 1-2 times per month) Company car Company laptop and mobile Training Opportunities Company events such as takeaway nights and cooked sandwiches Commission scheme - 1% on any sale The role – Business Development Manager : Increase sales & turnover to minimum £4m within 24 months. Manage & develop existing customer base and key accounts. Identify additional customers who mirror existing key accounts and develop those relationships Researching prospective companies and gaining the opportunity Develop & implement effective sales strategies. Setting and attending new business meetings.
