The role involves assessing learners and delivering skills sessions related to Hairdressing, Employability, Self-development, and wellbeing. You will be responsible for delivering skills training sessions to groups/on a one-to-one basis in line with awarding body requirements. ACT is committed to promoting the Welsh language for both staff and learners, and whilst it is not considered essential criteria, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role. What we need from you: Minimum of 3 years Barbering/Hairdressing occupational experience Experience of working in the training/education sector Minimum of Level 3 Hairdressing and Barbering qualification or equivalent Ability to develop others Able to relate to the needs of young people Able to work well with people at all levels Excellent written and verbal communication skills Well organised Excellent IT skills with programmes such as Microsoft Office, Word and Excel Willingness and ability to be flexible Team player with ability to work on own initiative Why work for ACT?
