Job Title: Recruitment Partner
Salary: £42,000 - £47,000 per annum
Contract: 6 Month FTC

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Recruitment Partner to take the lead in driving recruitment campaigns for senior-level roles. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from briefing hiring managers to finalising contracts. You will play a pivotal role in the recruitment strategy, leading campaigns, managing briefing calls, direct sourcing, and delegating tasks to recruitment advisors. In addition, you will be responsible for contract negotiations and providing guidance to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead recruitment campaigns for senior-level roles, working closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies.
* Conduct briefing calls with hiring managers, ensuring that roles are clearly defined and expectations are aligned across all stakeholders.
* Directly source candidates through a variety of channels, including headhunting, networking, and using advanced recruitment tools.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior positions, from initial briefing to offer acceptance and contract negotiations.
* Provide leadership and guidance to recruitment advisors, delegating specific tasks as required (e.g., interview scheduling, candidate communications).
* Negotiate contracts with candidates, ensuring competitive and fair offers are presented and aligned with organisational requirements.
* Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering expert recruitment advice and supporting with decision-making.
* Ensure candidate experience is consistently positive, maintaining clear and timely communication at every stage of the recruitment process.
* Provide regular recruitment updates to key stakeholders, tracking and reporting on progress and outcomes.
* Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and enhanced candidate experience.
* Manage the development and maintenance of an effective talent pipeline, ensuring a proactive approach to sourcing for future hiring needs.
About You:
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Partner, Senior Recruiter, or similar role with significant involvement in managing senior or complex recruitment campaigns.
* Strong experience in direct sourcing and headhunting for senior roles, with the ability to identify top talent across various industries.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership.
* Demonstrable ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and negotiate job offers at a senior level.
* Experience delegating tasks to recruitment advisors and managing teams within a recruitment function.
* Ability to manage multiple, high-priority campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close senior candidates effectively.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels.
* A thorough understanding of recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing methods.
