Main duties of the job Assess and provide tailored advice and interventions for children with diverse needs. Develop and implement individualised treatment plans in collaboration with families and carers. Recommend and support the use of specialist equipment for home and school settings. Liaise with professionals across health, education, social care, and voluntary sectors to ensure comprehensive care. Provide sensitive and effective communication with children and their families, adapting to their needs and circumstances. Contribute to team performance targets and participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
