An Inbound Customer Service Representative is needed to join our team at Venom IT in Cheshire on a full-time basis.
Based and working within a busy IT office, you are part of a team that's sole aim is to provide a superior experience to internal and external customers alike. We are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative who is looking to join a thriving, forward thinking business with great benefits.
You will be working within a high-volume, fast-paced environment, dealing with inbound calls providing a first-class service to customers calling in with enquiries and creating customer support tickets. Ideally you will have experience in an office environment / contact centre dealing with inbound calls and working in conjunction with other departments to support and improve the function of the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Be the first point of contact for any inbound enquiries via telephone.
2. Create new support tickets for customers.
3. Gather information to give accurate updates to customers.
4. Assist the Support Manager to achieve team KPIs based on query response times.
Desirable Skills
1. Knowledge of relevant computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
2. Good typing skills.
3. Naturally confident communicator with great people skills.
4. Professional telephone manner with strong listening skills.
5. Ability to prioritise tasks based on their level of importance.
6. Some IT knowledge is desirable but not essential.
7. Good interpersonal skills.
8. Adaptable and highly tolerant.
Desirable Experience
1. Experience in a fast-paced contact centre is desirable.
2. Has proven experience in delivering fantastic customer service, either in an office based or face-to-face environment.
