About your key responsibilities: Develop and execute a social media content strategy that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Manage and maintain our social media platforms, ensuring timely posting, audience engagement / community management, and consistent brand messaging. Plan, create, and edit engaging content, including videos, imagery, and written copy for digital channels. Capture and produce on-the-go content at our store/s, partner locations, events, activations, and brand experiences. Monitor and respond to audience interactions, fostering community growth and customer engagement. Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to maximise reach and impact. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and design, to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all digital touchpoints. Analyse performance metrics and use data-driven insights to refine content strategy and improve engagement. About your skills and knowledge: This position would suit an experienced content creator and social media strategist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 2 years of experience in social media management, digital content creation, or a related role. Strong understanding of all major social media platforms, including Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels. Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to produce and edit video content, photography, and written copy. Proficiency in video editing software and content scheduling tools. A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and engaging social campaigns. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A keen eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling. Passion for brand building and understanding of audience engagement strategies. Data-driven mindset, with experience in tracking analytics and optimising content performance. Ability to work flexibly, attending occasional evening or weekend events as needed. UK driving licence is required.
