Administrator Location: Crewe Duration: Temporary - Permanent Salary: £25,000 per annum Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm Key Duties: Ensure customer price files are generated and maintained Reconciliation of customer orders / transport packs, ensuring accurate printing, scanning and filing Create credit requests for damages or shortages when required Track shipments from collection to delivery and filing for all customers Maintaining multiple transport databases for future reconciliation Resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner with appropriate communication Printing and e-mailing purchase orders to suppliers Filing signed purchase orders, order acknowledgements or other critical documents Key Skills Required: Experience of working within a supply chain role Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office Effective communication skills both verbal and written Strong analytical and problem-solving skills If you are interested in this role please apply directly, or call Ellie on.
