Location: Crewe
Duration: Temporary - Permanent
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Key Duties:
• Ensure customer price files are generated and maintained
• Reconciliation of customer orders / transport packs, ensuring accurate printing, scanning and filing
• Create credit requests for damages or shortages when required
• Track shipments from collection to delivery and filing for all customers
• Maintaining multiple transport databases for future reconciliation
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner with appropriate communication
• Printing and e-mailing purchase orders to suppliers
• Filing signed purchase orders, order acknowledgements or other critical documents
Key Skills Required:
• Experience of working within a supply chain role
• Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
