We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a talented and motivated eCommerce Brand & Content Manager to join our dynamic marketing team, hitting the ground running with e-commerce and product marketing experience in a homeware / related category.About the eCommerce Brand & Content Manager role
Our online business is growing at pace, and we need to continually stay ahead of what best in class creative assets for online product listings look like. The eCommerce Brand & Content Manager will be crucial in step-changing our online content and asset creation to deliver page-stopping and conversion driving results. You will be expert in briefing and managing photoshoots and graphic designers to gain the desired results.
Working closely with our eCommerce, sales and graphics teams, you will already be an experienced eCommerce / marketplace marketer and will be responsible for driving optimisation of creative assets across all sales channels.
Providing effective customer marketing support across your online customer base will also be key, so you’ll need a commercial mindset.
You’ll also be responsible for managing a hero brand portfolio across key categories and retailers, so experience across key elements of the product marketing mix including managing packaging and artwork is a must. You will be a confident copywriter with an instinct for consumer insight and an eye for detail.
We want to step change our online presence, so we’ll be looking to you to continually bring in best practise ideas and trends from the outside online world to keep us one step ahead.What experience you’ll need to apply
Proven track record in a Brand Manager role with a focus on Content, for an eCommerce or DTC brand
A real passion for product and experience of the home category (or similar) that will shine through all elements of marketing execution
Innate understanding and experience of compelling online product marketing communication in the home category (or similar). What makes great online marketplace and Amazon A+ content will be second nature to you.
A natural creative instinct, able to generate a clear vision of what good looks like and translate that into briefing and evaluating high impact artwork and photography.
Ability to generate compelling and engaging copy, with a clear features and benefits hierarchy, and in line with brand guidelines / tone of voice.
A strong commercial mindset, with experience in supporting sales teams and pitching concepts to sales teams / buyers via impactful sales decks.What you’ll get in return
