This is a rare opportunity for a dynamic senior leader to join our influential team, driving significant developments and change initiatives across Warhead and wider Engineering. You'll lead multi-disciplinary technical teams (approximately 180 people) in delivering complex integrated mechanical and electronic systems, empowering our people to excel and ensuring our core programs are second to none. Key Responsibilities: Set the technical direction for the Group, delivering a holistic engineering resourcing strategy. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary technical teams. Drive continuous improvement and sustained performance in engineering strategy, technical direction, and overall capability.
