Job Purpose: To identify, acquire, and manage land and property assets in alignment with the company's strategic goals, particularly within the auction context. This role involves overseeing property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including buyers and sellers at auctions., Valuer - valuation of the property base on type, condition, and location.
Marketeer - appropriately market the property online to get the best coverage.
CRM - Communicate to Enquiries/Database with support of Marketing, deal with enquiries and record contact details to allow interested parties to be advised of changes in relation to the property, viewing dates/times/auction dates/Legal Packs and Bidding.
Instructions - AML the vendor/property prior to marketing
Legal Pack - Liaise with Vendor's Solicitor. Understand the structure/order/store - be able to combine/compress and ensure distribution to interested parties always with a Property Registration Form.
Understanding of Contract Law.
Assist with selling of property.
Exchange - On receipt of the deposit - prepare the Notification of Purchase.
Statements - Prepare the balance of the deposit to be sent to the vendor's solicitors.
Fees - Invoice the vendor with an entry fee and/or commission invoice.
Completions - on receipt of a completion email from the vendor
Key Release
Monitor invoices due with the Accounts department.
Managing the Team
Build and maintain relationships with landowners, developers, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
Represent the company at industry events and meetings.
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in land acquisition and property management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of property law and regulations in GB.
Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
The ability to provide accurate valuation of properties (RICS Certification)
Property/ construction experience.
Knowledge of building and construction.
Integrity, Empathy, Confidence, Presentation and Communication Skills.
Honesty, Punctuality and high levels of Professionalism.
Experience with CRM and Property Portals on digital platforms.

Wilsons Auctions, the largest independently owned auction house in the UK and Ireland, is currently seeking a full-time Land & Property Manager GB. The successful candidate will be based in one of our branches located in Scotland, England, or Wales. Our branches are in Glasgow, Newcastle, Telford, Queensferry, Newport, and Oxford.
Work time: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 5.30pm (30 minutes unpaid lunch break).
£27,000 per annum + 5% commission.
OTE £35,000-£45,000
