Position Overview: This varied and fast-paced role requires flexibility, versatility, and a positive 'can-do' attitude. You'll need to exhibit a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, professionalism, and a solution-focused mindset. Primarily remote, this role is ideal for candidates located in the Manchester/Cheshire area. While this is a Monday-Friday position, it offers flexibility as you will not be required all day, every day-only as needed. This makes it perfect for someone seeking flexible working hours. Reporting directly to the Principal, you may also assist other family members as required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting in the management of properties in the portfolio
2. Supporting the management of ongoing projects
3. Liaising with accountants, lawyers, and bankers when needed
4. Maintaining records on rent received, tenants, bills, etc.
5. Undertaking ad-hoc project work (research, contact finding, document preparation)
6. Performing general administrative duties (mail, errands, appointment setting, bookings)
