Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver high-quality educational programs for electricians, focusing on practical and theoretical aspects of electrical work.
* Mentor and assess learners, providing constructive feedback to aid their development.
* Cultivate effective working relationships with colleagues and industry partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements:
* Possession of a relevant trade qualification (e.g., NVQ or equivalent).
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Electrician, preferably with some teaching or assessing background.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
