Middleton Hall have a fantastic opportunity for three Support Workers to join us.
We’re a friendly community set within 45 acres of stunning grounds and we welcome applications from those who share our values and wish to be part of something special - helping our residents live their lives to the full.
The Opportunity:
- Permanent contract
- 18 hours per week available (7am – 3pm / 2pm – 9.30pm)
- 21.75 hours per week available (7am – 3pm / 2pm – 9.30pm)
- 29 hours per week available (7am – 3pm / 2pm – 9.30pm)
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rota
- £12.10 per hour
- Working in our Middleton Oaks service
The Role:
- Providing bespoke person-centred care and support will come naturally to you, alongside encouraging our residents to be as independent as possible.
- Assisting residents with any aspect of personal care and mobility and using our electronic care planning system to monitor and record all care – personalised for each resident.
- Contributing to everyday household tasks – meal preparation, laundry, housekeeping, gardening etc.
- Building good working relations with family and friends to ensure our residents remain at the centre of all decisions.

A home from home where people with support can live as independently as possible.
Three purpose built households, developed for people who wish to lead as independent a life as possible but require a high level of practical nurturing support. Often those who enjoy this kind of lifestyle live with the onset of dementia.
A homely environment with spacious rooms, shared kitchen, dining room & lounge.
High Co-owners (our staff) to resident ratios.
