Are you looking for the next step in your sales career and the opportunity to increase your earning potential? Do you wish to be part of an ever-growing, award-winning technology company?
We are seeking a Security Sales Specialist to join our Solution Sales team on a full-time, permanent basis.
We are looking for someone to work within our Solution team to develop and lead our security strategy across the entire business. Binding our multiple OEM side opportunities to our markets and defining a technical and sales strategy to address customer requirements.
This is a pivotal position within the organisation and vital to our growth within solution sales. The ideal person will have time-served experience within the Cyber Security space previously and will have extensive knowledge of the requirements necessary to lead a new function.
The successful candidate will be experienced in client relationship management within solution sales; ensuring negotiations of contracts and client engagement are at the forefront of the day-to-day responsibilities of the role.
As an emerging function within Stone, the successful candidate will need to ensure cross-function collaboration with the wider business, working with other sales teams, marketing, technical services, and our products team to maximise the reach of our security offering.
Key tasks will involve:
* Sales Strategy Development to include market analysis, target setting, and lead generation.
* Identification of new and existing Cyber partners, adopting new services, and understanding roadmaps for future needs.
* Leading written and formal response to tenders at both client and framework levels.
* Providing consultation on technical expertise, incorporating current product knowledge in the Cyber Security space.
* Education of clients and their expectations; ensuring clients are fully aware of Cyber Security best practices, compliance, and emerging threats.
* Identifying and pursuing opportunities to enhance the market share of Stone Group.
* Complying with Stone’s internal management systems and safety procedures.
* Supporting Stone’s sustainability strategy.
* Undertaking any other ad hoc duties or projects as requested by the reporting manager.
The suitable candidate will have previous sales team management experience, ideally within the Cyber Security space. They will have awareness of emerging Cyber Security threats and their impacts on organisations as well as experience of the UK market and regulatory landscape of Cyber Security.
It is also desired but not essential to have a degree in a related field to our offering (Cyber Security, Computer Science etc.), however this is not essential and working experience within these fields would suffice. We would also prefer it if you had experience with building a CS function within a similar environment, from the ground up.
