Salary/benefits: £23,788 per annum 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday Job Duties: Acting as a point of contact for Key Accounts, handling all their queries via email and telephone Process Claims in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records on the system Update any changes to policyholder details Respond to emails, app messages and incoming telephone calls Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance issues.
