They are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary R&D team and drive the development of innovative, high-performance scientific equipment.

Develop innovative CAD designs for complex electro-mechanical systems
✔ Drive prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs
✔ Design precision mechanisms and components for scientific instruments
Proven experience in team management within an R&D or engineering environment
✅ Strong background in electro-mechanical or scientific design
✅ Proficiency in 3D CAD design (SolidWorks)
✅ Practical experience with prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting
✅ Knowledge of manufacturing techniques including injection moulding, machining, and assembly
