As a band 6 Nurse on the unit, you will be responsible for leading a safe shift offering the Registered Nurses, Nursing Associates and Healthcare Assistants advice and support to care for their patients, you will be doing this alongside the other disciplines within our integrated MDT. You will also be required to manage a team and ensure their PDRs, Mandatory training and Sickness Management is kept up to date. You will participate in providing senior cover for the hospital out of hours and therefore flexibility is essential.
