A rapidly growing and fast-paced distribution business based in Wednesbury. You'll be joining an expanding Customer Service and Sales team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Your new role
The main purpose of this role will be to deliver exceptional levels of customer service. Key duties include:
* Process orders, returns and ticket queries
* Ensuring customer queries are responded to as quickly as possible, preferably same day
* Encourage customers to use the online customer portal to grow website usage
* Deliver on all customer expectations
* Develop customer relationships to support customer retention
* Work collaboratively with the sales team
* Update all customer details on an internal CRM system
What you'll need to succeed
* 3+ years experience working in a Customer Service Advisor position
* Excellent customer service, rapport building, and administration experience
* Self-starter and a positive working attitude
