We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and confident receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be expected to work between our three sites: Elizabeth Street Surgery, Gorton Street Surgery, and Harris Medical Centre. We are temporarily working from Elizabeth Street and Gorton Street until our new build at Adelaide Street is ready.
We currently have 15,000+ patients, and the increasing list size means that we now need to expand our reception team.
The role would be across all three sites. Start time is 7:45 am, and most days we finish at 6:30 pm. On Tuesdays, we have a later finish where we close at 8 pm. However, there is a need to be flexible at times of increased demand.
The reception role is the initial contact between the patient and the wider team, so we need team members who are approachable, friendly, confident, and understanding. They will help to make patients feel at ease and listened to while remaining professional and courteous at all times. We work with a patient-centered approach and have a high standard of patient care at all times.
