Job Title: Quality Manager

My client is looking for a Quality Manager to fulfill operational requirements as part of the Management team. The successful candidate will manage and lead the Quality best practices to fulfill certification and customer requirements locally and globally, implementing changes as necessary to advance the business to meet the ever-increasing service levels demanded by their customers.
Key Responsibilities - Quality Manager
1. Identification and management of appropriate Quality and Business Management System OKRs throughout the business, working with functional heads to establish appropriate plans and management reviews of OKRs.
2. Continual review of current business processes and practices against required regulatory standards, identifying and facilitating improvements in effectiveness and efficiency through functional heads.
3. Effective communication of the CTQ (critical to quality) engineering requirements throughout the supply chain.
4. Execute supplier audits from a customer OEM perspective.
5. Develop and execute successful Global internal audit programs and lead Avon's success in third-party system compliance audits.
6. Provide consultation and coaching on best practices of QFD through FMEAs, Control Plans, and SOPs.
7. Collect, review, and manage data for monthly BPM and MOR reviews.
8. Complete customer and supplier surveys and questionnaires, including contract requirements and online system requirements.
9. Develop and create Quality Plans, Configuration Plans, and Procedures to meet bid or contract requirements.
10. Mentor and develop Quality team members.
11. Support, facilitate, and team lead CI activities such as Kaizen and implementing lean into processes and production.
Qualifications & Requirements - Quality Manager
1. Six Sigma Quality Tools.
2. Mentor on QMS/BMS.
3. Audit experience and training.
4. Lead internal and external audits.
5. Interpret data and statistics.
6. Problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Knowledge of quality tools and techniques.
