About the job you’re considering
As a CCaaS Sales Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of the Contact Centre and Customer Service business at Capgemini and lead the sales execution for opportunities in this space. You will be expected to work cross-functionally across Market Units, Business Units and Marketing teams to maximise the revenue potential in this area.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role
* Identification of new opportunities to sell Contact Centre as a Service solutions, working with Capgemini internal stakeholders and Market Units, and effectively managing internal and external relationships.
* Interfacing with key Vendor partner stakeholders.
* Play an active role in supporting sales opportunities, acting as the liaison between Capgemini delivery units and partners; supporting the deal strategy, taking part in deal reviews and ensuring quality in both the Capgemini and partner response to RFPs/tenders.
* Managing the CCaaS pipeline and support the Capgemini Digital Customer Experience (DCX) business unit in developing new business opportunities.
* Input into the CCaaS GTM including creation of offers in this space.

Your skills and experience
* Must have 10+ years of previous CCaaS software or relevant technology sales experience with proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.
* The ideal candidate would have experience working for or in partnership with Tier-1 Global System Integrators like Capgemini and understand how to navigate such a matrix organisation.
* Experience working as part of a cross-functional team and be able to manage internal and external stakeholders.
* Relevant domain experience (Customer Experience, Contact Centre, AI, Digital Engagement, Telecoms) is required.
* Ability and flexibility for travel as needed, mostly to London or around the UK.
Your security clearance
Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)
To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and checks required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
