Your new role
The Retail Operations function is the engine room, behind the scenes, supporting the Trade Teams and wider business areas to operate effectively.
A large function of this role is to be the connecting voice between the Trade Teams and wider business areas. You will be communicating updates, many will be business-critical, with stakeholders at all levels.
The remaining function of this role is to coordinate all aspects of retail store administrative tasks and support Trade Team activity and event planning.

In addition to creating high-quality communications, you will be accountable for admin workflows such as goods ordering for the retail estate, travel and accommodation bookings, and supporting trade team event planning. As you can see, your coordinator role is imperative to the day-to-day successful running of the trade teams.
