Responsibilities
* Management of Key accounts in (Distribution) Dx markets
* Responsible for Revenue growth, Portfolio growth, Addition of New countries, Addition of New Customers
* Responsible for Out-licensing activities in Dx markets
* 5-year Strategic plan for Dx business
* Contract / Deal Negotiation with customers
* Financial / Commercial projections of deals – Business projections, NPV, IRR
* Review of financial performance of accounts/portfolio – Revenue, GM, GM%
* Relationship management with clients by excellent coordination with internal team
Relationship Management
* Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
* Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
* Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing products that meet their financial objectives
* Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
* Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
* Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
* Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
* Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
* Liaising with Portfolio, Supply Chain, Launch management team, logistic team
* Working closely with Portfolio manager and other key pipeline stakeholders, to support the development of Tillomed’s retail and hospital portfolio strategy in Dx markets
* Identify products to be selected for pipeline / BD activity
* NPV, IRR, Payback & other financial projections for all the products
* Explore & implement commercial opportunities for pipeline/existing marketing authorisation
* Project management of the identification & approval process as required including business cases for review by senior management and signoff
* Go / No-Go decisions on borderline products
Supply Chain & Launch Management
* Demand forecasting based on the customer’s requirement
* Working with supply chain/logistic team to ensure on time & in full delivery to customers
* Working with launch team to ensure timely launch of products in Dx countries
