We are looking for a bank nurse to come and join our team, training and signing off competency of our support workers, all of which are based across the London and Kent area.
It is a dream job for an enthusiastic Nurse who wants to help the individuals they care for to live their best life, and do so with the flexibility of managing their own workloads and schedules around existing commitments.
This is a bank position, with the hours of work dependent on the hours you can offer to us.
We will offer a highly competitive rate of £30.00 per hour.
Main Duties of the Job
To provide mentoring, training, and leadership to our team of Complex Care Support Workers.
Offer clinical guidance.
Updating person-centred care plans.
We are looking for:
* A cheerful and positive thinking Nurse whose experience covers Complex Care including tracheostomy care, ventilation (including invasive & non-invasive), gastrostomy care, catheter care, colostomy care, and others.
* Someone who is respectful, empathetic, and sensitive.
* Someone who is flexible and willing to go the extra mile.
* A team player with good organisational skills.
Essential Requirements:
* This position requires a driver, with use of your own vehicle for work purposes.
* NMC PIN.
* Minimum of 1 year experience in Complex Care nursing.
