Learning Support Assistant

We are looking for a committed Learning Support Assistant to work one-on-one with a child in Year 5 that has moderate learning difficulties and struggles to concentrate in a classroom setting. This role is for a Primary school in Hassocks for children aged 2-13. This school gives every child the freedom to learn and grow within a safe nurturing environment.
You will be working in partnership with the school's teaching staff and therapists to deliver specific interventions that aim to boost students' learning, development, and well-being. You will make a real difference in the lives of the children, gaining vital experience which will enable you to kick-start your future career.
This role will give you essential experience within a challenging yet rewarding setting - career progression routes include SEN Teacher, Occupational Therapist, and various Psychology routes.
