Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving growth within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and a passion for developing innovative solutions that meet client needs.
Duties
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using Salesforce software.
8. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and client feedback to senior management.
Skills
1. Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
3. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
4. Proficiency in Salesforce software for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
5. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
