Morrison Water Services is currently looking to recruit general operative to work on our Programme 4 Yorkshire (P4Y) contract in Yorkshire.
As a general operative you will be part of our operational construction team who are responsible for the safe and successful delivery of clean and waste water solutions.
P4Y has partnered with Yorkshire Water since 2010. The current contract award in 2019 was a 4 year + 4 year extension.
As a general operative your duties & responsibilities will include:
- Work as part of an established construction team.
- Take instruction from the site foreman/team leader and other team members.
- Work safely and in line with the Construction Phase Plan and it's contents.
- Maintain a clean and tidy site.
- Have a good customer approach.
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
- Full clean driving license
- Demonstrate an aptitude to problem solving
- Be personable
Additional Information
- Full training package included.
- You must possess a high degree of manual dexterity demonstrated through the use of hand tools.
- You will be required to work outdoors in all weathers and be required to walk and stand on uneven ground.
- You must also be able to work within a confined space, without restriction.
