My client is a global leader in AI-powered enterprise solutions, delivering cutting-edge technology to transform IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management I am seeking a Senior Presales/Solutions Engineer to join their Enterprise IT sales team in Europe. This role will focus on IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management, and Asset Management solutions, supporting both new and existing enterprise clients.
As a key technical advisor, you will work alongside the European Sales Director, driving solution strategy, technical sales engagements, and go-to-market execution to support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer-Centric Solutions – Deliver technical solutions quickly and effectively to meet customer needs, ensuring a strong focus on satisfaction and value delivery.
* Product Demonstrations – Present ITSM, ESM, AI, and automation solutions to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences through tailored demos, both onsite and remotely.
* Technical Expertise – Maintain a deep understanding of ITSM, ITAM, and automation technologies, as well as industry regulations, evolving business needs, and security considerations.
* Sales Support – Assist the sales team by qualifying customer needs, creating demo scenarios, responding to RFIs/RFPs, and ensuring smooth technical engagements throughout the sales cycle.
* Collaboration – Work closely with sales teams and product managers to provide customer feedback, shape solution roadmaps, and align best practices with client needs.
* Market Intelligence – Stay informed on industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies to drive competitive positioning.
* Event Engagement – Support marketing efforts through trade shows, webinars, and industry conferences.
* Travel – Travel within Europe as needed to meet clients and partners.
What You’ll Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Extensive presales experience in ITSM, ESM, ITAM, or automation solutions (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC, HP, CA).
* ITIL V4/V3 proficiency or certification preferred.
* Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and databases.
* Familiarity with scripting and application development (e.g., Java, .Net, JavaScript).
* Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
* Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools.
* Skilled in strategic account planning, bid management, and large-scale enterprise solution sales.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
