As a Retail Partnership Manager you will be responsible for maintaining effective partnerships with existing DIY customers and building relationships with new DIY customers to drive trade, DIY sales and ensure growth within a specific geographical area. Upskilling, supporting and coaching our partners in selling tool hire. Full UK driving licence required As a Retail Partnership Manager you will be responsible for the following; Act as an ambassador for the customer journey – offering help and advice on ‘how to hire’ via our partner channels. Have a solid understanding of the products and services offered by Speedy. Assist, influence and coach B&Q partner colleagues on product range by providing in depth information of Speedy’s products, guiding them through the features and functionalities whilst also supporting on how to sell it to customers. Promote products and range to DIY customers through product demonstration and instore interaction. Build relationships with trade customers to win larger, more complex orders and requirements. Identifying and resolving any issues relating to customers in conjunction with management expectations. Ensuring that the company's products or services meet customer expectations. Addressing customer concerns or issues related to the product and providing solutions or escalating problems as needed. Offering training sessions to B&Q partner colleagues on how to effectively use a product. To help organise and be present where necessary at customer events. Regular reporting on activity for analysis, including sales reports, meeting updates. Gathering customer feedback on products and communicating this to the relevant business leads for improvement. Working closely with the Regional sales teams. What will we provide?
