With our exponential growth, we are looking for incredible individuals to join us and continue our success story About The Role As the IT Project Manager, you will oversee all IT software projects within the following business divisions, manufacturing, finance, supply chain and procurement. This individual will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing all aspects to our ERP program and projects, from planning to execution and support. This role will be fully on-site in our Head Office in Barton Upon Humber, North Lincolnshire. Key Responsibilities Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of ERP projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Scope and Deliverables: Facilitate project initiation documentation, set up necessary project structures, and manage resource forecasting using Jira. Reporting: Provide status updates and reports to senior stakeholders. Risk Management: Control commercial aspects, resource allocation, and functional risks. Change Management: Monitor and facilitate changes within project constraints. Meeting Facilitation: Organize and lead meetings and workshops to ensure project alignment and progress In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document About You Mandatory ERP project management experience with implementing software's like: SAP, IFS, Dynamics, Infor, Oracle in key business functions Familiar with Agile and SCRUM framework to support the development lifecycle Qualification with PRINCE2 Foundations or PRINCE2 Practitioner Desirable Experience managing budgets and project timelines Understanding of Jira software to manage project activities Strong stakeholder management skills
