This role would suit a qualified HSEQ professional with proven hands on experience of implementing, maintaining, managing and developing HSEQ management systems and ISO standards directly within a manufacturing, production, construction, hire plant, machinery industry or similar. The ideal Health and Safety Management candidate will have the following skills, qualifications and experience; Good hands on Health, Safety, Environmental and quality management experience within the manufacturing, engineering, construction, plant hire, production, process plant machinery industries or similar- any industry with machinery, machine health and safety practices Qualifications: NEBOSH Diploma qualification or equivalent level Health and Safety qualification and / or higher Degree in Health and Safety, Degree in Quality Management or a Degree Environmental Sciences or equivalent level experience IOSH member- CertIOSH Certification required (other IOSH, IEMA, CQI advantageous) Good ISO management experience and knowledge of HSQE legislation and ISO standards ISO9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 directly within companies Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and passion for HSEQ and continuous improvement, ability to engage, manage and deliver HSEQ to all levels throughout business Internal and external Audit experience (desirable) Full UK driving licence and own vehicle to get to remote industrial site daily (this is not a hybrid, remote, part time role) Some key responsibilities of this HSQE Manager role include; Regularly conduct risk assessments, action plans, audits, investigations, manage training and reports on HSEQ performance Ensure Quality Management systems and environmental management systems are maintained to ISO standards, liaise with regulatory bodies and keep up to date with changes in legislation and best practice A full job description will be discussed and submitted to suitable candidates upon application.
