Up to £63 per hour umbrella (dependent on experience)
Local Authority based in South-East England
3 months initially with the possibility of an extension thereafter

Venn Group is working with a fantastic local authority in South-East England in their search for a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Lawyer on an Locum basis for an initial 3-month role (with the potential to be extended)
Requirements:
1. Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or legal executive with strong knowledge of SEND and education law
2. Strong ability to provide clear, prompt and accurate legal advice
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills
4. Ability to work both independently and part of a team
Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
5. Providing legal advice and conducting casework related to SEND and education law
6. Supporting a dynamic legal team in delivering high-quality legal services to the council
7. Handling a varied caseload in a busy enviroment
