Customer Service Advisor

If so, we have an opportunity for someone to join our frontline Customer Service team as an advisor on Part time, Permanent contract. You will be the backbone of our business who will provide exceptional support to all our customers whilst responding to a wide range of queries.

How will you contribute to our team?
* Promoting and supporting our customers to use Eastlight online services.
* Manage queries efficiently keeping our customers informed of timescales, requesting feedback upon resolution.
* Good understanding of Orchard and other Eastlight internal systems.
* Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with colleagues, customers, and all other stakeholders.
* Recognise and report failures in system and adhering to Eastlight’s processes, policies, and procedures.
* Undertake administrative tasks relating to the queries.
* Maintain appropriate records in accordance with relevant policies and legislation.
What will you bring to the team?
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to problem solve effectively.
* High standard of verbal and written communication skills ensuring all communications is clear and concise.
* Excellent IT skills including use of MS Office Suite
* Excellent organisation, time management and multi-tasking skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability of building and maintaining positive professional relationships.

* £29,492 annual base salary, Pro-Rata
* 16 Hour Part-Time Permanent Contract.
