Nelson Permanent Placements Ltd, is a leading recruitment agency specialising in the Engineering, Construction and M&E sector. We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. We work with clients across the UK and are looking for someone to help contribute to our growth.
The Ideal candidate will have previously worked within the Construction and M&E sector concentrsting on fufilment, screening and placing candidates to roles
The Duties:
* Permanent Recruitment and placements
* Temporary recruitment and placements
* Managing the Onboarding process from start to finish for both the client and candidates
* Building strong long-lasting business relationships with clients
* Account analysing and providing expert advice to clients
* Candidate resourcing and qualifying
* Adding value to profitability
* Ensuring a good working culture and positive attitude across the business
* Ensuring all workers are legally able to work in the UK
* Client relationship building
* Conducting monthly client Service visits
* Managing shared business and ensuring account ownership is built and retained
* Growing the business and ensuring profitability
* Composing and posting of adverts
* Generating Leads
* Qualifying of quality of workers
* Reference checking
* Out of hours mobile
* Management of candidate availability pool
* CV Preparation
* Communicating with candidates and clients
* Data entry
* Utilising Hitlist, Leads and Dormant clients to make 10 Calls a week
* Generate new business
The Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm Location: Kingstanding, Birmingham Salary: Dependent on Experience
