Our extremely reputable, global client are recruiting Customer Service Advisors on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a background in customer service whether this be from a retail, hospitality, contact centre or office environment. Excellent communication skills are essential due to the high-volume pace of this role.

Please note, this role will rotate between office based and remote working rotas.
Key Duties:
1. Handling incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers with relation to a range of enquiries and complaints.
2. Keeping updated records of each client call, ensuring that all information is accurately detailed on the internal CRM system.
3. Ensuring all client enquiries are dealt with in a professional, efficient and friendly manner.
4. Finding a suitable resolution to the customers enquiry within the set parameters.
Skills & Experience:
1. Prior experience from a customer service role is essential, preferably within an office or contact centre environment, however, retail/hospitality experience is also considered.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Customer focused attitude with the ability to be empathetic.
4. Willingness to learn and further develop.
5. Computer literacy skills with a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute (typing test will form part of the short-listing process).
6. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
7. Self-motivated.
8. Flexible.
9. Keen team player.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills.
The Offering:
1. Starting Salary of £24,000 per annum with the opportunity to increase earnings through additional training.

3. 2 weeks working from home, fully remotely and 2 weeks working from the office, on a rotating basis.
4. Working hours will be either a fixed shift of 9am - 5pm OR a rotation pattern working between the hours of 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday on a weekly basis.
5. You will also be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays and 1 in 8 Sundays - the working hours for weekend shifts are 09:00 – 17:00.
