An exciting opportunity has arisen in our retail department for Relief Shop Managers to support our shops in various locations. This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys a different challenge every day and who can adapt to the variety of customer and volunteer profiles across our shops. The Role As Relief Shop Manager you will be responsible for providing support to maximise profit and deliver set targets and KPIs. You’ll ensure that impeccable standards are set and maintained. You will demonstrate commercial acumen to deliver the highest standards of customer service and display a flair for presentation to maximise income. This is an exciting opportunity to provide support to our successful and unique shops. Working alongside existing staff and our Marketing and Fundraising teams, you will promote the shops within the community. You will help build and support an exceptional team that is committed to raising funds for Saint Catherine’s Hospice. About you You will: be a flexible and highly organised individual with a keen interest in charity retail. have excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. have experience of successfully working towards sales targets. be a strong team player that can inspire and motivate those around you.
