Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for HR? We are looking for an HR Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team at NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) in Stella House. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and be a part of a vital team supporting HR shared services.
What You'll Do:
* Support the Admin Team in handling customer queries and administrative tasks.
* Manage general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and email monitoring.
* Handle daily post, register and distribute correspondence efficiently.
* Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and the ESR system.
* Log and follow up on calls/emails to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Assist with recruitment administration and update HR systems.
* Provide support for staff benefits schemes, including lease car and childcare.
* Organise travel, meeting rooms, and refreshments for on-site meetings.
* Take part in a weekly rota of general office duties.
* Invest in personal development and contribute to team success.
