Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood - Assembly Line – 13 Month Placement (July 2025)
We are seeking two interns to work within our Assembly team at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars starting July 2025 for a period of 13 months. Rolls-Royce Motor Cars is known for building cars that are the pinnacle of product quality. The assembly line strives every day for perfection by building these unique cars to satisfy our customers’ high expectations.
What awaits you?
1. Lean manufacturing: process design and optimisation.
2. Data analysis and creation of reports.
3. Daily tasks supporting the reporting and running of the Assembly Line.
Qualifications and Experience
4. Studying a Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s degree and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in Mechanical Engineering or relevant course.
5. Fluent in English; a working knowledge of German would be beneficial.
6. Extensive PC skills (Microsoft Office, CAD, SharePoint etc).
7. Problem solving, time management and communication skills shown through involvement in projects and activities undertaken at university and in your spare time.
8. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing would be beneficial.
9. Any other skills that will benefit our business that you can give evidence of how you have applied these skills.
Great Pay – A competitive annual salary of £25,300, 27 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract) and an attractive pension scheme.
