Overview: We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice. The role of the Digital Support Apprentice is to provide support to the Safe Building Services office staff and management team. You will be directly reporting into the Planning and Contracts Manager. Responsibilities: Being 1st point of contact for incoming phone calls and diverting them to the required person Building and sending out customer quotations via the in-house job management system Simpro. You will use Simpro to an expert level. You will also use Simpro when assigning workload to the Engineers Creating content and posts for the company website and social media pages Contacting customers and arranging appointments for work to be carried out Converting quotes in to orders and entering order details on the in-house job management system Simpro Processing Electrical Reports via MS Excel ready for invoicing Assisting the planning and contract manager in updating customer progress spreadsheets and providing updates to customers where required Attending any site or customer meeting where required Desired skills and qualities: Great communication skills – chatty and bubbly Attention to detail Team-player Adaptable Work well under pressure Working week: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-4:30pm, Friday is from 8:30am-3:30pm. Salary: £17,992 per annum.
