Job Description
1. Assist the Director of Compensation and Benefits in rolling out a new compensation structure.Communicate changes and updates to employees, ensuring understanding and transparency.Provide support and answer employee questions regarding salary bands and compensation policies.
2. Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement, and other ancillary benefits.Process enrollments, changes, and terminations in a timely and accurate manner.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to benefits administration.
3. Act as the main point of contact for benefits vendors and service providers.Coordinate with vendors to resolve employee issues and improve service delivery.Assist in evaluating and selecting benefits vendors and negotiating contracts.
4. Serve as a resource for employees on total rewards, including compensation, benefits, and policies.Conduct new hire orientations and explain total rewards programs.Develop and distribute communication materials to educate employees about their benefits and compensation.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee compensation and benefits information.Prepare reports and analyses on compensation and benefits metrics as needed.Assist in the development and implementation of HRIS solutions for compensation and benefits tracking.

The Successful Applicant
6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
7. 1-3 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably within a nonprofit organization.
8. Strong understanding of compensation principles and benefits administration.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
12. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
