As a business development agent, you will be at the front line of our business calling prospective customers to identify leads and pass on to the sales executives. This will be for both in life customers as well as acquiring new business. If you are passionate about sales and create high value leads and delivering an exceptional customer experience this is the role for you!
You will do your best to meet the customers need and will have the training, skills, and experience to deal effectively with majority of things. Once you join the company, you will be appointed a mentor who will be responsible for ensuring you settle in well and are fully trained and confident in the role.
What do I need to be a successful candidate?
To be a success, you will need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated, focused and above all you will be sales driven!
Due to the nature of the work, you will also need a good command of the English language, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be computer literate with good keyboard skills.
Advantages would include experience in the B2B Telecom Industry or similar experience, working knowledge of CRM platform Salesforce and a reasonable topographical knowledge of the City of London
