Leverage 5 years' Post Qualifying Experience to provide superior advisory services on major infrastructure and transport projects. Serve on behalf of contractors, sub-contractors, employers, owners and financiers, employing sharp problem-solving and negotiation skills in the face of competitive scenarios. Handle arbitrations subject to ICC, LCIA and SIAC institutional rules, in both a lead role and an ad hoc capacity. Actively participate in adjudication, litigation, mediation, and other forms of dispute resolution, showcasing your command of the UK and international legal landscapes. Requirements Lawyers with over 5 years of post-qualification experience. Proven history of handling arbitration subject to ICC, LCIA and SIAC institutional rules; as well as on an ad hoc basis. Proficient in adjudication, litigation, mediation and other forms of dispute resolution – in the UK and internationally.
