The Human Resources Department plays a vital role supporting the College through the delivery of the People Strategy. We are looking for a passionate and experienced generalist HR practitioner who is a graduate member of the CIPD, or willing to achieve Level 5 CIPD qualification, to join our team as HR Officer. You will manage the day-to-day activities of the front of house Human Resources Advisor team and ensure that managers, staff and other stakeholders receive a high standard of customer care. You will co-ordinate the implementation of continuous improvement for the HR transational service and co-ordinate the accurate and timely input of data ensuring it is compliant with the relevant regulations and legislation.
