The post holder will be responsible for leading the work within The Exeter Hand, Minor Procedure Theatre. This will include: being responsible for maintaining high standards of peri-operative care throughout an operating list at all times and providing senior support, supervision and training to team members, ensuring individualised care for all patients.

Are you looking for a Band 6 Team Leader position in Plastics Surgery and have recent acute hospital experience? Are you looking for a new opportunity to expand your skills, knowledge and experience working in a minor procedure room theatre setting specialising in Plastic Surgery and Hand Surgery?
The successful applicant will work in the Minor Procedures Theatre assisting in local, regional block & WALANT cases and will be offered the opportunity to develop their skills in this interesting area of Plastic Surgery & Hand Trauma/ Elective Surgery.
We are seeking committed candidates willing to work 37.5 hours per week. Shifts may be between 0800 and 1800.
Working Pattern: 4 long days between Monday to Friday.
