PCR Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager in West Sussex to start immediately on a temporary basis. Our client is a major UK main contractor. Applicants should have the following skills and experience: Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage site operations to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery. Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
