Working Days/Hours: 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday

List the duties of the role:
Working under the Project Managers supervision the Mazetime Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the typical support duties for the Mazetime system. The Mazetime Admin will act as the main point of contact for mailbox queries, user system support, project creation, profile creation and managing user accounts and updating project entries. Ultimately ensuring timely responses to all enquiries and issues.
This role will also be supporting the project team with the collation and validation of user and project data across DSA's large user base which will require the individual to be an effective communicator and have attention to detail.
This role will also be supporting rollout of the system through the collation and validation of user/project information.
User Support, management and Queries
Serve as the first point of contact for all user queries related to the Mazetime.
Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance to users experiencing issues with the system, referring to the supplier guidance for Mazetime.
Add new users to the timesheet system, ensuring proper role assignment and access levels.
Deactivate users who no longer require access to the system, maintaining an accurate and current user database.
Add new projects to Mazetime, which includes setting up project details and assigning relevant users to the projects.
Update project information as requested, including changes to dates, updating assignees & project leads.
Respond to user emails and support emails/tickets from Mazetime in a timely and professional manner inline with our agreed SLA's.
Regularly monitor the performance and functionality of the timesheet system.
Report and escalate any technical issues/bugs to the MazePoint IT development team.
Training:
Remote training, training resources available. Self-serve training, support available if needed - around 1-2 weeks training. Online forum to ask questions etc. Also, mandatory Home Office learning required
No holiday in the first two weeks of training.
Role specific requirements:
You must hold a valid passport and must have lived in the UK for longer than 5 years. Please note that period of 6 months or longer spent outside of the UK in the last 5 years will unfortunately not be accepted. This role requires security clearance that will be processed for you, if successful.
