Job Title: Finance Assistant (12-month contract) Location: Sheffield City Centre Hours: 37 hours per week (part-time can be considered also) Salary: £24,000 per annum Leave: 29 days paid leave per annum Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will support the finance department in various accounting tasks, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations. Must be proactive, positive and work to timescales. Key Responsibilities: Process invoices, payments, and receipts. Posting of invoices to Sage Accounts (as necessary) Maintain sales and purchase ledgers. Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed. Assist the Finance Manager with other tasks Qualifications: Confidence in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly excel. Experience of using Sage Accounts, or similar accounting package. Experience of using Outlook calendar to prioritise workload.
